Our history

From hospital galas to kitchen-table advocacy.

In 2012, a small collective of community health navigators recognized that standard fundraising galas were failing the families who needed support most. We shifted our focus entirely toward kitchen-table outreach, cultural navigation, and caregiver relief.

Today, our networks operate across Ontario, BC, and Nova Scotia, ensuring newcomers and low-income seniors never navigate provincial health systems in isolation.

Civic commitments

Care, neutrality, and cultural safety.

We believe healthcare does not start or end in an exam room; it happens where people eat, grieve, raise children, and grow old. Our operational model maintains strict civic neutrality while partnering directly with municipal health liaisons and grassroots volunteers.

Every workshop and resource desk respects the unique cultural fabric of the community it serves. By prioritizing caregiver respite and preventive education, we build long-term resilience rather than temporary fixes.

Public accountability

Transparent stewardship of donor support.
